Recruitment Process
• Finalization & signing of the recruitment process agreement.
• Receipt of manpower requirement order.
• Verification of salary & other employment term offered to the workers.
• Verification & finalization of recruitment fees & terms.
• Receipt of emigrate documents.
• All other documents required for conducting interviews as per the country’s rules & regulations.
• Finalization of recruitment procedures & methods.
• Finalization of locations of interview.
• Search in the data bank for availability of sufficient CVs.
• If sufficient candidates are not found in the data bank and job portals, advertises through proper newspapers & media and head hunt until sufficient CVs are produced.
• Screening of candidates and lining up of sufficient candidates as per client’s specification.
• Prepares for final interview.
• Client conducts interview or authorizes agent to conduct interviews and select workers to conduct table or Skype interview.
• If required, conducts practical trade testing and signs employment contract.
• Candidate undergoes medical examination.
• Prepares all documents required for visa processing.
• Receive visas & completion of visa formalities.
• Completing immigration formalities.
• Completing air ticketing & reservation.
• Forwarding bills to the client for necessary fees.
• Pre-departure assistance & orientation to the workers.
• Departure of contract workers to the project.
• Follow up and monitoring the status & welfare of workers mobilized.
